Letter to my friends ~ 1995

 

 

 

I am asking you,

yes you,

just for one minute.

Would you be willing put aside your opinions, your reasons and your cynicism?

Would you be willing to stand for something that you wish for, that I wish for, that we all wish for?

PEACE IN YOUR HEART, MY HEART AND ON THE PLANET.

It alludes us.

What if we tried something that has never be done before?

Would you?

Could you?

Just take a moment with every one of us souls on the planet and make a conscious quest for peace by our conscious thoughts alone?

You see wiser people than I have told me that mass consciousness can change the world. I know it is easy to think “It is not possible” and give me evidence in your life for this, but never before have we asked for peace together or in fact anything together.

The spiritual world says that we create our world, so why not see if it is so?

There are so many people who wish for peace and take individual action, but I’ve been wondering about you and me, everyone stopping for a few minutes at the same time and requesting peace. I mean, we don’t know what would happen because it has never been done.

We are in communication globally and I believe that it wouldn’t take a lot of effort to do.

I am not asking you to believe in anything except maybe your -“self” being willing and able to try it. Listen, do it your way at home in the chaos of motherhood or in your office midst deadlines. Look I am not asking you to pray unless this is your way of asking for something, I am not asking you to meditate unless this is your expression. It is easy, just say when and we’ll do it and see.

What if there was something we didn’t know about ourselves, what if this was the first time there was enough conscious people and enough communication structures to do such a thing.

What if all the ordinary people all wished at once, what would happen?

How will we ever know?

So I am challenging you to do it your way individually or as groups but lets just do it.
